Hi there! I’m Amber Blair.

I’m a Florida native who traded sunshine for the Smoky Mountains in 2007 and now proudly calls Maryville, Tennessee home. I’m a Christian, a wife, a mom to a beautiful daughter (and two adorable fur babies) and, family means everything to me. After a full career in dentistry, I took a leap of faith at 30 and followed my heart into aesthetics—graduating from the Aveda Institute of Knoxville and opening my own spa & salon here in Maryville. My love for sharing knowledge led me into full-time education at a local beauty school, and that experience sparked the vision for Center Stage Beauty Academy.

Today, with 8+ years as a Licensed Aesthetician, Licensed Master Educator, Certified Lash Artist, and Professional Certified Dermaplaning Trainer, I’m honored to lead CSBA—the original beauty school of Blount County, TN, launched in June 2021 and growing ever since. We’re a premier, community-rooted aesthetics academy built on quality education, hands-on training, and genuine mentorship. I’m incredibly grateful for the talented team I get to work alongside, and I’m passionate about fostering innovation, confidence, and career readiness. Most of all, I’m excited to watch each student step into their calling and thrive—because your success is why CSBA exists.
